Beware of dealing with this company as the guarantees and products are not great. I purchased 2 300litre ULTRA PRO TANKS. After 13 months one of the tanks had a damaged bladder and the plumbers merchant i purchased from told me that the guarantee is only for one year and suggested i contact Zilmet direct. I contacted Zilmet direct and they suggested i buy another bladder ( which costs £500 and is nearly the same as a tank) and replace the bladder. They gave me the option of returning the old bladder to them and if its faulty they would send a credit note to the plumbers merchant and that i would then have to claim back from them. However i have to now pay for the bladder £500 and another £150 to a plumber to remove the old bladder and replace with the new one and then pay for postage and packing to send a bulky bladder back to ZILMET UK. Appalling company and ethics!!
