What a waste of space, is this council asleep!
All sat on their obese arses, doing nothing to earn the excessive council tax paid by homes and businesses instead using the money to pay themselves excessive pension contributions, wasting on home shirkers, absenteeism and salaries whilst neglecting the services they should provide.
No wonder Blackpool and St Annes look like deprived areas

Could not report fly tipping area as they needed an exact area. the area is in the middle of a field off new garstang way, behind damaged gates accessed via a layby.

Would give zero starts if I could. Impossible to sign into my online account, contacted them constantly but no help whatsoever!! Have applied for council tax reduction and they are ignoring my application. Disgraceful service

Parking at wknds is available here pay n display we wanted 3 hours the pay machine took over £3 from us and gave us a ticket for 1 hour did not return our over payment there are so many buttons on the machine it’s impossible to follow so beware the rip off machine

I have to say that there are a lot of 1 star reviews on here and I contacted Fylde Council with some trepidation. Our green bins hadn't been collected and when I checked, I hadn't received the subscription email. The lady I dealt with was understanding and listened well. She could see that I had now subscribed. One of her colleagues had sent me an email saying that the team would collect our bins as soon as they could and when I got home they had been collected by the guys and returned to our bin store in under an hour! Excellent customer service - ten out of ten. Well done Fylde Council.

Due to massive habitat loss, almost half of all bird species are in decline. Putting people first and nature last really must stop. We need to share our gardens with wildlife as they're running out of their own natural habitat. Banning an elderly couple from bird feeding sets a dangerous precedent.

Hopefully the council can use common sense and reach a middle ground to allow the couple to continue feeding the birds.
