Ordered the special curry box meal with fried rice and a side of salt & chilli chips. Ready to collect in 10 minutes and got free prawn crackers and fortune cookie. Spent £11.50, great food that served 2!

Ordered from rice and noodle for the first time last night ,the takeaway was highly recommended, you did not dissapoint!. Great customer service and delicious food which tasted and looked so fresh. good portion sizes too and i loved the chinese boxs the rice and noddles were served in aswell. Safe to say we have found our new go to chinese and im so happy. Best chinese around . 5*

I have been in before but a while ago but i think its under new management.
I ordered at the counter chicken chow main and chips , i didn't wait to long and it was ready , i always worry that if its cooked that quick it could be microwaved but getting it back home i found out it was cooked perfectly , even the chips was spot on , i honestly tried to eat as much as possible but there was so much food that it did my lunch the day after , very helpful staff and the food was spot on , i will return

As with others the female server was very rude towards me because I didn't have enough money, the prices have gone up so our usual order was more. I didn't know what she'd said about me until we got home and my wife explained what had happened. She also put us at the back of the queue even though I'd paid the majority. People who ordered after us got their food before we did.
Safe to say they have lost a customer.

My mum had food from this takeaway while she was staying with my brother and liked it, so we decided to order it for her again earlier this week. The man behind the phone was extremely helpful with my dad’s questions to make sure my mum had the meal she wanted, and my mum really enjoyed it.
Fast forward to today, we came over for tea and decided to try the takeaway. My dad used to get Singapore special noodles from the Chinese when it was Dragon Inn and loved them. He was asking the lady on the phone about the dish, making sure it was what he wanted. She responded with an appalling attitude, zero customer service and was very rude to him. He then passed the phone to me to finish off the order and I asked about the chow mein, checking it didn’t have prawns in it as my husband is severely allergic. She adapted the same attitude towards me, which I did not appreciate, but my mum is very particular about her food and so we couldn’t risk ordering from anywhere else this time, so I put up with it and went through with the order. The lady then said that it was cash only, and I asked my dad if this was okay. She then proceeded to rudely explain “I have a shop full of customers here do you want the food or not?” again with the same attitude. I said yes because of the reasons stated above. When I got to the shop to collect my order, there were about 3 other customers there, and she was being just as rude towards all of them. Appalling customer service skills, I have been a bartender and a barista and would never have even dreamt of talking to customers the way she did. It’s a shame because the food was lovely.
It’s safe to say we will not be ordering from here again, and will be advising friends and family members to follow suit.

Fancied a chinese on a monday night and being new to the area was not sure where to go. Tried Rice and Noodles for the first time. It was spotlessly clean and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and happy to answer any questions (there were many!)
The food was steaming hot an very fresh. I almost felt like i was in a resteraunt but sat in the comfort of my own home.
I have found it difficult to find a nice lemon chicken on the Flyd coast but their lemon and honey chicken was very tasty.
Will definitely be going back and will be trying more of their menu.

Superb!! My wife and I went here yesterday for the first time. We usually only order take away online however this is not yet online for the for ordering so we decided to go down and try it out. I believe it's a new business and they advised they have future plans of going online. However it was totally worth going in and ordering. Firstly the customer service is brilliant. The gentleman that took our order was friendly and helpful. It's the things like this that make a huge difference. The food was incredible, very tasty, and the portions were plentiful. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
