I recently decided to ditch my old gates and go for a new set of automated gates, I did the usual and got Three quotes. Air Balloon Gates came in with a competitive quote and we subsequently arranged a site visit. When I met Martin, he seemed the type of guy who has his feet firmly on the ground and really cares about his business, he was able to answer all my questions and gave me great advise on design, installation and choosing the right intercom for my needs. Nevertheless, I gave them the go ahead and they started the design process. Within the time frame promised my new gates arrived, along with a team of guys who had the job done in no time at all, once everything was completed, I was given a thorough hand over and handed my new remote fobs! I have to say a BIG thank you to all the team including the ladies in the office who were always quick to respond to my e mails, the fitting guys who did a great job and of course to Martin who has always been on hand, even after the gates had been fitted to answer any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their gates to give them a call. One very happy customer!

I have used ABGA at a previous house successfully but at my most recent installation, the level of customer service is poor with defects remaining. It is disappointing that payment is made in advance and install is never satisfactorily complete. 6-months on and still not operational. Terrible.

We have just had our electric gates fitted and we are over the moon! We had several quotes from other companies but Martin was the most genuine and offered such good advice. We initially were going for manual gates but ended up going electric and it was the best decision we made.
The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble, Sue and Kate were always on hand to answer any queries.
Tom and Ben spent three day’s fitting the gates and their workmanship and attention to detail was most
Impressive. I would not hesitate in recommending Air Balloon and we have already sent people Martins way as everyone that passes our house comments how beautiful they are.

Martin and the team delivered a terrific service and finished product. The gates were the new aluminium type, powder coated in grey, and it involved rebuilding the piers too. The finished result looks stunning and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Air Balloon Gates.

Fantastic service by Martin and his team,Installed a Benica automated gate system and Videx gsm intercom system in 2015,first fault on the videx intercom,speaker failed,phone 5/2/18 and on the 6/2/18 new microphone fitted and working correctly,Fantastic service highly recommended.
