A 6 month project to demolish a large part of the property and rebuild with creation of 2 x extensions. Complete landscaping of garden and patio with front drive also landscaped. All aspects of building undertaken - demolition, foundation creation, build, new plumbing and electrics, roof, rendering and redecoration with installation of underfloor heating. Andy has project managed the whole process, keeping to cost estimates and timelines. All the employees at 3 Lance have been highly skilled and courteous and tidy. Highly recommend for all aspects of building. The work looks amazing!

Andy and his team did a fantastic job on our property, transforming the house with a new porch extension together with new roof tiles, soffits, guttering, render, windows, and patio. The communication was great throughout, and Andy was very responsive in coming up with ideas when we were undecided and promptly resolving any issues. The site was left clean and tidy. I would recommend Andy and his team. Andy was very communicative throughout the build (single storey extension). All of the team were friendly, punctual, and polite. Quote was broken down into it's various elements. Any potential increases in costs were outlined at the start. We were really keen to understand the whole build process, and Andy took the time to answer all of our questions. Any unexpected developments were discussed and worked through.

3 Lance developments has just completed work on our home, ,this included change of use from garage to a room. We also had various other works including taking floor up from another room installing windows, rendering, plumbing and making good including decorating. We can't speak highly enough of Andy and his team, so much so that they will be back (We hope) next year to sort our outdoor space out. This has been a worry free job for our family as we felt we had the right people for the job. Would highly recommend.

Perfect job. Very highly recommend.
I had a wall knocked down between kitchen and dining area all electrical points etc relocated.
The guys were great, friendly and respectful, they cleared as they went keeping the mess to a minimum. They were very professional with good time keeping.
I chose 3Lance (out of 4 other quotes) because of the company’s ethics, the price was fair and they were happy to go the extra mile to make it perfect.
The boss was constantly on site overseeing the project, making sure I was happy with things.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.
