As first time buyers we had no clue how the buying process looks, but Liviana explained us the process already at the first consultation, and then a few more times along the entire process, when we weren't sure we remembered the things well. 😊

The first consultation was free of charge, but we already found what was our mortgage limit, how much everything related to that purchase would cost in total(and that was very accurate), and after a week from the first consultation we could already start viewing the properties.

Our journey was easier than we expected, but we surely wouldn't have done it that smoothly without Liviana 😊
She supported us like a friend from the beginning to the end. She helped us, and explained the things that even weren't within her responsibilities. She helped us even when we didn't know how to cooperate with the estate agents at some point.
