Lovely views from the bench and usually lots of horses, cattle and donkeys. There are some sand dunes here that the kids love to play in, and usually an ice cream seller. Not easy to park though

Lovely place to be. Free parking. Lovely place to take a dog for a long walk. Dogs need to be on leads because of the ponies. Many places to park your car. There are a few ponies around today. On the edge of Lyndhurst town. It was very wet, but the sun came out. First time visiting this place.

Great outside of the tourist season for us locals but avoid on a sunny day. A weekend and any holidays. Full of idiots petting ponies. It's not allowed. Don't do it!

We turned up a bit later than intended, and all the car parks were already full. Managed to park in a bush instead. Great spot for a picnic and a walk. Short walk into Lyndhurst.

Lovely walking area. Saw Devil's fingers for the first time (mushroom originating from Australia). Beautiful landscapes & wild horses.
