I ordered my gazebo from Amazon but on assembly found that one of the parcel shelves was badly damaged. I contacted Parcel in the Attic directly as I was unable to do so via Amazon. This was out with the period for reporting faults but I explained that we were having work done in the garden before we could assemble it.

Carlos responded very quickly and after seeing some photos of the damage he arranged for a replacement which arrived within a few days of first contact.

Extremely pleased with the customer service I received and delighted with the end result.

My only complaint was that Parcel in the Attic were selling the gazebo for less than I paid on Amazon. Wish I had realised that at the time. It has taught me a lesson. Check the seller’s website first and don’t always assume that Amazon will be cheaper.

I would definitely recommend Parcel in the Attic for price and customer service.
