We went in to browse as we have an old mattress.... we were offered a good cup of coffee ☕ 😀 and your colleague was very informative..... anyway, the coffee cost £700 with a free comfy mattress and protector !! We are looking forward to it being delivered soon. And it's a bonus to have the chore of the old mattress's disposal included in the price. Thank you 😊.

We have brought 2 new divan beds from the Maidstone showroom .
Katrina and Richard of Sussex Beds were excellent in helping us with the buying of the beds . No pressure from them to purchase at all .A very relaxing time and help was given to us at the showroom !

A very good experience Katrina the sales lady was very helpful and didn't rush me. Mark and Kev the delivery men were good as my stairs are a bit difficult. Everything was done very efficiently. I would be pleased to recommend to friends and family.

This was our second purchase. Excellent service when buying our beds. The 30 day exchange scheme was really helpful in getting the right mattress for our first order. The delivery team were so polite, set up the new bed and were very clean and tidy removing all the packaging. Good experience from start to finish.

Love my new bed... very high quality and above all, very comfortable! Sussex Beds have a great selection to choose from with lots of customisation options. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable... never pushy! Delivery in record time (other places had quoted me up to 12 weeks!) and the delivery people were polite, friendly and careful manoeuvring it up two flights of stairs! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use again!

We purchased our bed from the Maidstone branch, we were greeted by Chris and he assisted us in making the right choice for the mattress. He was very polite, engaging and more importantly patient with all our questions. He really showed interest and customer care. On our next visit Grace was very helpful too and Amanda has been the same, good to see a manager leading the way in customer servicing. The delivery was very prompt and we were informed all the way through. Kevin and Carl delivered our bed and were very polite, helpful and professional.
Making sure that everything was tidied up before leaving. The entire team made the visit pleasant, going that extra mile.

I would recommend Sussex Beds because since visiting their showroom in Maidstone I have been treated with respect and valued as a customer. I was given ample time without pressure to consider my needs from the range of beds/mattresses available. Extremely polite, courteous of the home, asking if they needed to take shoes off. Unwrapped the mattress, took away the rubbish and my old mattress. Fast and efficient and let me know by a phone call that I was next and a estimated time of arrival. Cannot thank them enough. Had my first nights sleep , and it was beautiful. Well done Sussex beds.
