Spend your money somewhere else!
I ordered and paid for a FBC blood test, they send the test kit which I received on 26th of February 2025 and I did send it back on the same day. The pharmacy stated that the results will be ready for maximum of 48hrs of the time of receiving my sample but that didn’t happen. I did contacted them number of times but the pharmacy was consisting that they don’t have any responsibility whatsoever regardless of the fact of what they did promise when they sold me the test. Today the 07/03/25 I submitted a formal complaint to them on which they responded unprofessionally and I did phone them immediately and told them that I I do want proper response to my complaint but as they again did not care I had to send them another email on which I stated that if they don’t refund me I will complain to their regulators as they are in breach of the law. Immediately after that they made the refund.
Also here I am reading a lot of good reviews but because of my experience and the low professionalism and low ethics of the pharmacy I believe that they may be fake.
I am not making this review to harm their business but just to share my honest review and thoughts.

Good service . My order arrived and the package was empty. I emailed and explained and they resent the item . It arrived the next morning. So 5 stars for the quick response to the problem.

I got the medicine on the day it said so no problem with delivery. The product I got didnt really work. But that's not the pharmacys fault. The pharmacy should get a 5 star but because the item didn't do what it said that's why it only got 3 stars.

For the 2nd month running your delivery company has left my meds in the recycling bin when delivered as nobody was in. It was delivered at 11am and I got home at 7pm to a soaking wet cardboard box full of wet cardboard boxes of medications. Luckily the morphine tablets hadn't been disturbed by any local wildlife! It's not rocket science!
