I’m onto my second custom designed NSP case and look to order many many more in the future. A lot of case makers ( and I dont mean this to put them down in any way whatsoever as I have had cases made from other builders in the past ) just don’t have the breadth of customisation in terms of materials used. If im going to have a sea of flight cases in my studio or tour I want them to look great and be made exceptionally well…. They actually feel premium compared to others I have. I’m all the way down in Australia and end up having to pay double what I can get made in my own country factoring the currency conversion and shipping cost ( so that goes to show if I’m willing to do that the product has to be nothing short of amazing ) Another factor that I noticed that NSP do differently is the way they have orders and their systems set up… it’s a very streamlined way they do things from the point of putting in an order query, to payment and getting it to my door. Other makers I had gone to in the past not only felt really old school but said I’d have to organise my own shipping or straight up weren’t interested or thought I was silly talking about the way i wanted it to look….as in function over form is all they knew. It’s great to know I have this dependable custom shop available to make me these awesome boxes when I need them. Hassle free, look freaking amazing and easy to deal with.

I placed the order before Black Friday for an Yamaha case. It was custom tailored. I checked other website but I found NSP cases are much more durable and value for money. I think NSP values the quality of the product they manufacure in UK. The final product I received was really excellent. It is very durable and the packaging was brilliant. They sent me in an expedited courier service without any questions. An absolute pleasure to talk to the NSP customer service!! Communication was excellent throughout. It's very transparent. Though the product took a month to arrive but its all mentioned in their website when I ordered. Am really satisfied with the product and will highly recommend to anybody who wants to buy it. Overall 10 out of 10 with 100% customer satisfaction.

I bought 4 rubber feet ,not for a flight case but for a very large and heavy wood chopping block for a kitchen.
The service from NSP cases was excellent, and the product was just what was needed for the job. Others I'd tried were too small and not robust enough.

It's difficult to get excited about a flight case, especially one as small as this one but I can't let the quality go unmentioned. The aluminium extrusion is very accurately cut and machined and the finish is top notch with absolutely no gaps or sharp edges.
The attention to detail with the foam inserts is also a major plus point with them machined to suit the unusual profile of the contents and a subtle recess machined into the base foam to help provide positive location.
This isn't a custom case, it's a standard off the shelf production case which also reflects highly on the high standards NSP obviously work to.

I received my 3rd custom build case from NSP. The first one was a custom job for a data projector but it needed to include a ceiling mount with pipe clamps - no one wants to spend time attaching mounts over and over again it's about four years old. They did a brilliant job of that one. The next tour case was for a Ryobi cordless Miter Saw, cordless soldering iron and cordless angle grinder, again it fit like a glove has been in service for about three years. The latest build was for a custom wardrobe style case (split in half) for everything from cleaning products, iron, and misc stuff including ample supplies of fisherman's friends and lense cleaner - not just for glasses but also for LED bars and moving heads. What was so great as I sent a diagram and NSP reached out to me and said "what are you trying to get built? As we worked the problem of building a custom surround for 2 IKEA RÅSKOGs the solution they came up with is awesome. The build of all three is top notch, premium hardware. The older ones which have been out in rain and all kinds of weather all still look nearly brand new, after a wipedown to remove festival muck.
