Worst company to deal with.. they sent a damaged bathroom pan.. and now when the builder came to fit it… there was a crack underneath which we didnt expect as outside was just fine. When we contacted this company, was told that we should have checked and noticed it within 48 hours.. as its over a month, they wont refund or send a replacement. Even though this product had 10 hears warranty. Very disappointed and would advice others to NOT buy products from them. Whts the point of 10 years warranty even its unuseable before even installing it. I should have checked the reviews on google before buying from them.

I have had an exception experience with both the customer support team at Trading Depot in particular Jemma and Kyle, and the drivers at Ideal bathrooms.

I ordered a wrong item in December and this was only discovered when the plumber when to take the toilet pan out of the box. This was on Thursday 16th January about 1030. The team leapt into action and I had the correct toilet pan on 17th January at 0900. I was amazing and my plumber couldn't believe it. It gets better, the incorrectly ordered unit was collect and returned on Monday 20th January at 0902.

I always thought Amazon returns etc were slick, but they have nothing on this team. My hearty thanks for their efforts on my behalf. Magnificent.

I would also like to mention their partners - Ideal Bathrooms. Their drivers were efficient and very helpful . Their communications was excellent.

Amazing customer service from Jemma, Annie and Kyle.
Ordered a Blanco sink on Monday which arrived direct from supplier on Thursday. Unfortunately after unpacking discovered was damaged.
I telephoned customer service. Great to be able to speak to a person ( Annie) who was very apologetic.
After emailing photos of damage I had a reply saying Blanco would send a replacement and I would be contacted with a delivery date.This all happened within 20 mins of closing for the day.
Kyle emailed @ 8.30 the following morning to inform me it will be delivered Tuesday .
I was amazed at how quickly the customer service team sorted. Thank you

I had a couple of items that got damaged in transit from KitchenKit - I contacted Jemma Porter at TD and she liaised with KitchenKit. They sorted out replacements swiftly and without fuss and the items shipped overnight and were with me before 9am. Really pleased with the service I received. Happy to recommend TD for their great pricing and customer service.

Ordered item 12th December. It’s now 14th January. Still not despatched.
Phone calls and emails promising delivery .. still no trace
Update . Finally came on the 19th . Guess what it was damaged . Sent back awaiting another one .
It’s the 27th January now . Still nothing

Super fast and punctual delivery. When we approached them later on for an Invoice, Nathan responded in less than an hour sending the requested Invoice straight away. Top notch for us so far, will use again if the chance presents itself.
