Great to deal with, the guys are very adaptable to customers requirements.. as a chauffeur company we are not not traditional taxi business most things are done differently and on a much smaller scale, I’m using there cloud system which is great as it allows me to book work in on my phone from Prague brilliantly… as some customers are not used to booking online.. Recently moved from Autocab to Datamaster......and it's been like a breath of fresh air. Colin and Sam came down for the installation, and couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. The support from all the guys in the office has been top class; nothing seems to be too much trouble; no query too trivial.
The software is such an improvement; it handles our regular contract bookings with ease, including those on multi-week rotas. Customers and drivers love the new features, and we feel that by upgrading to Datamaster, we now have the opportunity to grow the business far beyond anything we would have been able to achieve had we stayed with Autocab.

Moved to DataMaster last Friday as was having way to many problems with my old system and I can honestly say it's like a dream come true, this system is perfect for us it's so fast and easy to use it's amazing, the staff have been extremely helpful with any questions we've asked them their service is excellent, definitely our best decision this year moving to these. Great service from the whole team at Data Master in Warrington, especially Col and Sam on various occasions to help with my taxi client District Taxis Frodsham as were in middle of developing a few new websites for their business I needed help with their web booking form and their taxi app integration. Cant fault them atall, Their technical and support impressive really know their stuff, very responsive the communication has been excellent always on hand to help with all the queries I have had really easy to speak to, They have done an excellent job also Dean sorting the secure link really appreciated and works great. Highly recommend them to any taxi business who needs help with taxi booking and dispatch systems in warrington Cheshire and the uk.
