Being a leasehold flat and a listed building, I had concerns that it would take some time to find the right buyer. But the team at William H Brown were super proactive and went above and beyond to show off the property to its full potential.

Once the offer was in, Elli was superb in helping to progress the conveyancing process, regularly keeping me up to date and taking it upon herself to chase solicitors on both sides, as well as the management company. Elli and Adam have been helping us find our new home and have been fantastic.
