Mars Wrigley amazing you’ve brought back opal fruits. Please don’t make this a limited edition. Replace starburst with the original flavors. Even people who don’t remember the original Opal Fruits agree that the black currant starburst is terrible and tastes like soap! Kind regards from a 36 year old having mad happy nostalgia and sugary buzz.

I rang Mars HQ complaining about the 1kg Tub of Galaxy hot Chocolate and was very upset that the taste of hot chocolate from 1 kg Galaxy hot chocolate is very weak in taste and was loaded with whey and dry white dust !!! and ONLY 8 % COCOA which should be the main ingredient in the hot chocolate mix..
IN COMPARISON to 370gm
Galaxy hot chocolate which has 10% cocoa powder.
I asked for explanation of why Mars is cheating their consumers by selling a weaker, tasteless hot chocolate in 1 kg tub.
Leon in customer service spoke to me and inspite of the company clearly having access to the ingredients at back of pot and back of 370gm Galaxy hot chocolate, Leon acted as if he could not see ingredients to compare.
He assured me he would email last Thursday BUT I still have not got any correspondence from Leon.
Shame on Mars profiting Millions of pounds in sale of their products had VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT TEAM.

I will be taking this consumers deceiving complaint to trading standards!!

Never been there, but tempted to go and meet with the person who signs off on the outrageous SIZE of the Mars Bar! If they continue to SHRINK the standard size, it will be in competition with the PARTY SIZE! Where is your love for producing this product You are losing customers..........

I heard recently that Mars has discontinued both the mini Bounty bars in Celebrations, and the dark chocolate Bounty. To say that this news disappoints me would be an understatement, as Bounties have long been amongst my favourite chocolate bars. This is clearly a case of corporate greed at work, but Mars makes billions of dollars in profit every year, so I highly doubt that they were going to go bankrupt over making Bounties. Mars, if you’re reading this: do the right thing and reconsider your actions.
