We were about to order a new appliance online and I decided to pop in and see if I could pick it up. Is wasn't an item they stocked but they ordered it in especially and at the same price I was going to pay online. The item was in store 2 days later to pickup. Both staff I dealt with were excellently polite and helpful, we will be buying all our electricals from them from now on.

I have done various purchases at Foulkes Electrical throughout the years and you can not fault the service, this is second to none compared to the big stores.

My brother in-law recently brought a washing machine from these guys and he was very pleased at the prompt delivery servive.

Our fridge freezer broke down on Thursday and after trying many other companies we called Foulkes in Maldon. To actually speak to a real person was great!
So helpful.!But unfortunately nothing in stock was suitable to replace our fridge/freezer. But they had a small chest freezer that would do the job for now. It was Good Friday and they actually opened there warehouse especially so we could collect it.
Brilliant people who went that extra mile to help.

Our fridge freezer stopped working about 3 weeks into the Covid19 lockdown(20 years old, how dare it). I checked what they had in store, messaged Barry and picked it up the next day. When unpacked the interior light cover was cracked. Must have been done when the unit was built as everything was taped up until I unpacked and installed it. Called Barry, part ordered, no dramas.
