EXTREME BIG RED FLAG THIS COMPANY DOES NOT OFFER A REASONABLE AND ACCEPTABLE NORMAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THEIR ANSWERS DONT CORRESPOND TO ANY FACTS OR EVIDENCE BESIDES PURE ASSUMPTIONS . I've got two propolis oral sprays and one of the spray is defected and it blocks, not useful anymore. The item has no satisfactory quality and the company didn't offer any alternative way to solve the problem beside they keep feeling free to send repeated emails blocking and rejecting any responsibility.

Apparently the shared warehouse put my label on the wrong item, and instead of olive leaf extract, two packs of cards, and some bath bombs arrived! Customer relations at Comvita were extremely helpful, said, don’t worry send back the well – being items, and a couple of days later, my large olive leaf extract bottles arrived! I am very pleased with it.

In spite of other low reviews, I will certainly buy from this company again and their olive leaf products are excellent!

Horrible customer service! I have called them 2x today, and the gentleman I was talking to hung up the phone!!! He insisted on the order number. I told him that it is a subscription every 2-months so where can I get that order number? and after that, the line went quiet after realising that he was no longer on the other line. Called back, and it sounds like the same person pick up my call. Again, he asked for the order number. I have checked my email to get the previous order number from the previous delivery, and again after realising that he was not on the line. Terrible customer service!!!

Placed my first online order, it turned up on time, but with the wrong honey, a cheaper option of course, i get in contact on the day and get an automated response, then another automated email saying i would hear something within one working day. This is the third day and still nothing. If they were out of stock i may have been sympathetic if they had sent a note saying they were out of stock or what ever but it feels like they are trying to rip me off.

Horrible customer service. Say one thing and they do another. They don’t ever do anything the promise never again will I buy. BEWARE SHOCKING CUSTOMERS SERVICE
