Ordered Liverpool FC phone case from this Phillipino based mob, for Down son. Not delivered by Royal Mail tracked as promised, and they are very reliable around here. Told them. Not easy bought on ebay as guest. Another mistake! Promised another. Not delivered. Again complained in letter with order number etc to Blackpool subsidiary. No reply as yet. Should have known if checked where they are located. Town full of rip-off artists! Never deal with these Manilla cowboys.

Ordered 2 phone cases and a tablet case on 22 April, paid extra for 2 day delivery and 4 weeks on i got tablet case delivered yesterday but no phone cases. I have sent numerous emails asking for a phone call and just keep getting emails saying order dispatched. Really bad service
