I've been a customer of Noel and the team at Essential Promotions now for the past 8 years, have brought them along with me to multiple different companies along the way and never looked back.

We run a lot of events, and customer gift packs, employee uniforms etc that need swag or fulfilment and nothing is ever too much trouble - even when I leave it right until the last minute. Using Essential Promotions personalised fulfilment warehouse website across the UK and the EU saves me weeks every year as I know what I have, where it is and can simply ship to and from our events with ease (and without having to manually do anything myself or deal with the couriers).

In addition to the fulfilment aspect, I also know that any products that the team provides for us will always be of the highest quality, and our customers are delighted. I've inherited other promotional merchandise and fulfilment services when joining a company and none of them have ever lived up to the quality of service that Noel and the team provides.

Great company. I always have last minute, and sometimes quite difficult orders and for noel and sooz it's always no problem. Noel is always very honest about what can be achieved, and often delivers early. The pricing is also very good, and the money back vault scheme they have is a nice bonus.
The quality of the products they provide are great, and its always a pleasure speaking to them. So much so I decided to hire them in my next company as our promotional item providers!
