Very helpful guys, patient too. Had a cool design to print a custom backplate for my Legion Go handheld device, and these guys stepped up and delivered! Great communication and prompt delivery once the print was successful. Of course the backplate fits perfectly, even clicks into place. Printed using PETG CF at a very competitive price. Please excuse my poor photos, looks way better in person! I Highly recommended!

Placed an order for 3d printed funnel for my coffee machine due to be delivered a few days ago, still shows in production. I have tried contacting them 3 times no response. I have just put in a claim with my bank to get the money back. Avoid I would suggest

At the start, I visited the company owners premises. A design was sketched out by myself with full explanation of desired result. He agreed it was deemed as doable. I left my car light housing and reflective sample for his benefit of measurements (to be picked up by me at a later date once he no longer required them for reference purposes) and reference. Initially I was told roughly 2 weeks to complete. As his progress occurred, (and 2 weeks passed), I suggested improvements to bring it into line with what was discussed and agreed, as his progress was falling short in design aspects. Edited pictures of his progress were sent from me to him, with detailed explanations so there was no confusion (I wasn't moving goal posts or anything, I didn't want him going too far with something wrong that he'd have to start over). These were barely adhered to. I provided updates everytime I noticed something lacking or not right with it so he didn't get too far that it would be a headache to go back to, to fix. 22nd November, 1 month after invoice had been paid by me (paid immediately), he sent an email as 'final review' asking if I was happy with it.
I was not, he had not addressed many issues that I'd pointed out to him amongst a load of new issues that were obvious and showed a low level of quality in design.
I saw him on the 23rd December to request back my car rear light housing and reflective sample. I then stated my concern for lack of progress and inattention to details/issues I'd pointed out. He said he'd get it done in the next few days. It was Christmas, I knew it wouldn't get done and said I'd give him 2 weeks. Well, that came and went.
It had now been over 10 weeks and I still had nothing. I had not been provided the service or product that I paid for. From what he had done, I do not believe his capability exists to produce to an acceptable quality, what I had asked for.

I sent PayPal dispute to get refund. *Then* I receive an email from Dwight stating he'd sent the STL file, although that it wasn't complete and that *I* could finish it to my satisfaction (this is what I'd paid him for!), that he was disappointed in me getting the design STL file then going for a refund-that it didn't put me in a good light...!
Firstly, refund request came first, I never received the STL file. He claimed he sent the STL file on a certain date which was after I'd made the refund request. His screenshot of his 'emailed STL file' showed the date as the day after, yet he claimed he sent it 2 days prior. It also showed him saying that 'there are specific changes I require, so if I make the changes (basically, almost everything was wrong with it-size, shape, floating sections, sections overlapping that shouldn't, recessed edges that are meant to be flush, hexagons meant to be all random facing directions but most are all the exact same direction, the curvature of the insert itself totally not matching... And more.) then send the file back, and he will print. That way it saves the frustration of emailing back and forth, as I already have fusion 360.
The cheek of it!

His dates didn't match up to his own lie.
Either way, I still received nothing, let alone any printed finished item.
Dwight lied and tried making me out to be scamming him. I had proof of conversations and 'email sent' dates, as well as the dates he made claim to, which contradicted his own lies. PayPal refunded me due to this proof. I despise being lied to, and even more being made out to be a scammer.
My experience of him: Totally unprofessional, untrustworthy, and does *not* have the capability to do anything requiring compound curves to a specific measurement.
Total let down.

Attached images of last version of design that he asked *me* to finish to my satisfaction! Sooo many issues with it I'd be better off starting from scratch! (firstly, the silver portion is the insert, it's meant to follow the contour of the blue bit it sits in-as highlighted by the orange and red lines)

After reviewing our design we agreed a build standard. Part was manufactured incorrectly, poor quality and key features missed.
Returned for rework or credit but they lost the piece. Now ignoring my emails for the past 2 months.
Would not use again.

I needed some very small plastic shelf support brackets, that were no longer provided by the manufacturer of my old SieMatic kitchen units. Mitchell and Son Design were approached and produced a 3D model and then 3D printed the brackets very quickly, and to an excellent standard. I highly recommend their service and expertise.

Dear Dwight, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the great work you did on the 20 face masks for a friend of ours who is a nurse at a major hospital. They desperately needed some PPE face masks for their ward (during the COVID-19 outbreak). So after my enquiry - with your fast responses, I was very happy to place the order. When we received the face masks and gave them to our friend she said she was "very pleased and grateful for them - they are nice and sturdy." I am so pleased that we were able to meet our friends' needs. Thank you so much. Well done Dwight!

I had a most unusual request Dwight Mitchell and son. I wanted a foot shaped poster that was waterproof to guide people attending my clinic around the side of my house. I couldn’t have asked for a more exact design. And it was completely bespoke, as there was no readymade template. Really pleased!
