Although I get calls from various Adler guys every few weeks they are generally offering a good deal on some promotional materials. The pens I first purchased from them through a FB advert are exactly what they said they will be. Particularly Andrew Dow has been most helpful recently - understood exactly how to get a customer on side and even asked how the various businesses I have were doing from the last call we had, including remembering the most recently started one.
