Excellent service. Had an issue with 1 external light 4 years after install. (Under 5 year Guarantee)
As retailer had went into liquidation contacted V-Tac as a remote hope.
They got right back and replaced light in 2 days.

Wow! Daniel answered the phone. I explained the problem. He asked me to email photos, which I did. He updated me for the next 3 days, and hey presto, my replacements were delivered. What an amazing service. Second to none.

My floodlight is out of service but it is still under warranty. However, that dealer is no longer operating. I contact T-VAC with my invoice receipt. They send another floodlight to me after several days. Their response are quick and helpful to address my issue!

I had to contact V-Tac as i needed a faulty flood light replaced.I previously bought the lights from smart lighting Essex but unfortunately the company went into administration and would not replace the product directly. I spoke to Daniel Lance at V-Tac who was absolutely amazing, he sent me upgraded replacement lights as the faulty product is no longer produced by the company and l received it the next day. He also followed up with an email asking if the item was delivered and working correctly. I was very surprised how straightforward the process and delivery was.
