I recently had an urgent need for some handles and with no B&Q avail (at the time) which tends to be my default I was forced to mooch around only to discover just how much Toolstation has and in stock too! Plus it’s right on my doorstep...I won’t be traipsing down town in future! I found what I wanted online and in stock at the Maidstone branch, I requested and paid for it online, then rocked up at the branch (parked outside there’s plenty of parking) was called forward by staff member, my purchase was ready and waiting for me. Had a nice little chat with the staff about the current situation, who were so upbeat which was quite refreshing given the current situation. Jumped back in my car and home! I’ll defo use again!

Had a great time with the staff members,Always very helpful to me,I think a young girl kcaitlin, she was helpful and understanding,But I do notice that someone of the customers are very rude to your stuff members,Such things that they think you’re staff members should know how to mind read, If the customer doesn’t know what they won’t,Then how the hell would you think,I’ve been a plumber /bathroom fitter/ kitchens,As a bit of an all rounder,Sometimes I try to help your customers out to the best of my abilities because they can be so thick rude,I just wish them sort of people would shop elsewhere, And stop making wait in a queue,I don’t think anyone can read minds but I think you can read mine
