Terrible customer service. I contacted Delta T to service our ventilator. At that point, they advised me they only had an appointment in three weeks time, which was fine. However, I later found out just before the appointment that this hadn't actually been booked in, which was incredibly frustrating. The appointment was then rearranged to a different date, however, this time the engineer didn't show up. I've had zero explanation as to what happened here from Delta T. This is the worst customer service experience I've had, and a complete waste of 4 weeks of my time. I don't recommend.
