The Kuavo team were amazing from start to finish in our journey to buy of first home. There were a few bumps in the roads due to higher up the chain but we were reassured each time and was given realistic time frames and responses. Our main point of call was Rose who was amazing but had spoke to different members of the team who were all lovely and helpful. Liam showed us around the home and was so personable and honest.

We are so happy we went with Kuavo, being first time home buyers can be very overwhelming so to have a team who are so helpful and lovely people really put a positive start on our journey.

I was very impressed with the team at Kuavo and had an offer agreed on my property within a few days of it being listed. Unfortunately the first offer fell through as the buyer's lender turned them down, but Kuavo managed to secure a second offer within a matter of days, this time a cash buyer. Rose at Kuavo continued to check that the conveyancing process was running smoothly and we successfully completed the sale within a couple of months. I would highly recommend Kuavo and would use them again hands down!

We instructed Kuavo to sell our property in September 2024, primarily choosing them due to their low fees. One of the main reasons we went with them instead of, say, Purple Bricks was because they conducted viewings. However, we found they often asked for us to do viewings ourselves. We had to explain time and time again that this wasn’t possible as we needed to clear the house of kids and dogs beforehand.

The agents did not arrive in good time for us to leave before viewings, meaning potential buyers sometimes arrived while we were still there. They also failed to provide initial feedback or notify us when they had left the property, meaning we had to guess when it was okay to return. Communication following viewings was poor—we were often left chasing for updates.

After four months and only four viewings, we decided to withdraw our property. We gave the required four weeks’ notice, and a removal date was confirmed, but the listing was not taken down as agreed. Following this, their attitude completely changed. Emails went unanswered for days or were ignored entirely, making the process even more frustrating.

Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we wouldn’t use them again.
