I placed an order 1 month ago and I try to contact them and I receive no response. I send them 5 or 6 gmail and without response but when I ask for a product they do respond. now I am not knowing where my 197€ have gone.

Went here to upgrade my exhaust on my Renault Laguna Coupe, Team were happy to help and discuss a few options, Darren and Ben were great in working out what I needed and they planned it out quickly, will be coming back here again for part 2 of my cars journey

I went to bdperformance.co.uk for a block mod rs clutch flywheel kit and remap on my mondeo mk4 2.5 titanium x sport turbo.
A dropped my car off and spoke to Darren in reception which he explained everything an that it was going to be late tomorrow when car gets finsihed being mondeo sub frame needs to be removed for clutch kit, I asked for them to drill a snapped bolt on cylinder head as an extra and was told its not a problem we'll sort that, being an overnight job I stopped at the Premier Inn £43 a day check ins at 3pm and check outs at 12noon so might be best to book the day before like I did they do a decent breakfast. After checking out at 12 noon a thought I'll go get something to eat there's a decent burger van over the main road near them at the stadium this put me to around 1 pm, thinking I'll go see if I can wait there and see how cars coming on, one of the lads came out to reception and said yeah there's a TV remote watch telly if you want a couldn't believe it when they have full now TV for customers lol bang on a watched American sniper on sky action an took a few pics while I was doing nothing.
Darren kept popping into reception area we had a few chats a found him to be professional, helpful and quite funny at around half 4 while we was talking we heard a 5 cylinder getting parked in there parking bay area which is a good sign my car was ready problem is computer got mardy and wanted to feel appreciated so Darren told poor thing a few kind words offered a pay rise an hey presto my invoice was printed haha my car was only done yesterday and cant use full throttle but feels a different car no problems on way home done all checks he told me to do and alls well upto now I've no doubts cars been done good that's why am writing this long review because a believe give credit where credits due and garage's around my area wanted more money for doing these jobs so a travelled to the best and paid the same bargain honestly! I would recommend bdperformance.co.uk to anyone thanks for looking after my car 🙂

Fantastic service. Flat battery outside Wrexham station and I called as they were going for their lunch. No problem, they were with me in a couple of minutes and got me going immediately. Wouldn't take payment and asked me to donate to charity instead (I have donated £50 to the MS Society). Amazing garage and highly recommended. Thank you.

I messaged BD Performance initially for a chat about my Tuned and modified buy another company, Focus RS mk2 and i was invited over to the workshop for a chat about things and moving forward.

For the first time I felt I wasn't sold anything , infact I was there for 3 hours almost just chatting to the guys and learning more about my car and the model than I've done in months of online searching, I left there knowing that when I do book in I will be in good hands

I know reviews are meant for the services given however I don't need to talk highely of a companies work at this stage others are doing that already , I'd like to just leave the review based on so far experience and find a very warming welcoming group of guys, Darren is very informative and clearly you sense an absolute passion from him to the trade which is refreshing in itself, I've dealt with many names in the trade and I find always people are fast to sell , fast to just want to fit parts, money money, speaking with Darren was just like talking to someone who knows their trade and not their business which for me is absolute key.

Whole round good experience,
these guys know what they’re doing and talking about.
Dropped my car off on Wednesday for block mod, cambelt and water pump, was kept up to date all day Thursday and advised with pics and videos of a few additional issues they’d spotted that could of caused some major issues further down the line, they also corrected these issues for me, took my car overnight for testing and advised on Friday when they was happy with the work and satisfied for me to collect my car.
Again whole round good experience, kept up to date and when collecting the car I wasn’t rushed to pay what I owed and rushed out of the door, had a little chat for 20 mins and then left when I was ready.
Couldn’t rate these guys high enough.
Will deffo return for any major work I need doing…

Placed an order, was told an item was out of stock and would be sent out when it arrived in stock… this was in may, it’s now December, they are unwilling to co-operate with me on getting it sent out or even refunding me ignoring emails and messages - bunch of arseholes would not use again

My first experience at Bd was good had a cracked liner so had new engine put in few mods added to mod block rs clutch bigger injectors all the supporting mods for the Collins stage 3 map always kept me updated on the car and was always there on phone to ask any questions I had about it very helpful fella big shout out to Darren will take it back when needs any other work done on it bill wasn’t to be laughed at but am very happy the cars finished
