I had a tour around the factory and the mini museum they have. Everyone was really accommodating, trying to show and explain everything they could despite everyone still working. The tour guide, Steve understood that I was an electrical engineer and wanted to learn more about the engineering side of things and went through everything in detail. Amazing experience overall.

Having visited Moog Synths in North Carolina and Promark drumsticks in Texas, we jumped at the opportunity to visit this world famous music brand in Bletchley! Arranged over email with Anita, and masterfully guided by Steve, we had a wonderful visit. The tour covers all aspects of the production, as well as a visit to the Marshall studio. We ended up in the museum surrounded by product used by Lemmy, Slash, Blackmore, Hendrix and Weller. Turn it up to 11!

Visited the Marshall Amp factory last week for their 60th Anniversary factory tour. What an amazing place, with incredible people. Loved every minute of the tour and couldn't believe the love, skill and attention that goes into every single amp.
Can't wait to see you again in the future and thank you all for the opportunity to visit the factory and get an Access All Areas pass!

Took a tour of the Marshall Factory yesterday in Bletchley. We had an amazing time. A lot of history and gear that can only be seen during the on-site tour, and of course all manner of Marshall amplifiers, including the first JTM45 the Mr. Marshall built/produced and the amp from the movie Spinal Tap the goes to 11.

Our tour guide Steve was very well versed on every aspect of the factory processes. He was also very professional and cordial and had a myriad of great stories for various museum pieces. Thanks for a great experience Steve! Cheers!

We also toured the newly built Marshall recording studio. Very comprehensive live recording/performance space and they have a wonderful Neve desk from the 1970s in pristine condition that produces truly transparent and exquisite recordings. I very much prefer utilizing the older Neve desks when able.

My wife and I are celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary and wrapping up a 3 month tour of Europe and heading back to the U.S.A. next week. The Marshall Factory tour was most definitely one of the highpoints of our journey. Very highly recommended.

I was very fortunate to go to the Marshall factory yesterday for a personal guided tour.
The whole experience was amazing thanks mainly to the superb assistant Steve Hill.
Steve took great time to explain all the history of Marshall from the very first amp which is on display to all the signed amplifiers.
The actual display area was fantastic and knowing the individual stories behind all of the amplifiers was really interesting.
Steve took us in the factory and we saw the whole prosses of making the outer shell of the amplifiers to how the electronics are made and then assembled
I went with my son, who arranged all this as part of my 60th birthday and my wife who also really enthralled by the history and stories from the past 60 years of Marshall amplifiers
It is a visit I will remember for ever.

Can’t even express the positive impact having a tour around the factory has left in inspiring me to play and push myself more as a musician.

We had the most amazing experience being shown around with such amazing staff, who are some of the most humble down to earth people you will meet.

You can see how passionate they are just from how they speak.

A dream job in my eyes.

I highly recommend going as this company really did change the world in music and is must for any music lovers to get an idea of the work that goes into every detail that created the sound of our favourite artists.

Just want to give a big shout out to mark who showed us around and for making our experience such a special time and one we will always remember.
And a big thanks to the lady behind reception who’s name escapes me (sorry) who was so welcoming to us after a long drive from Cornwall.
And a big thanks to the staff for making time for us in the studio!

Amazing customer service and speedy turnaround on a factory warranty repair for an Origin head. Super impressed, definitely sticking with Marshall for my future amp purchases.
