I had an absolutely terrible experience with Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, specifically their Netherlands and UK offices. Their staff is arrogant, uncooperative, and downright dismissive of customer concerns. Instead of making the process smooth, they create unnecessary obstacles and make life extremely difficult.

I expected professionalism and assistance, but I was met with rude behavior and a complete lack of support. It’s clear they have no regard for customer satisfaction. I will never go back to Ritchie Bros. and strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for better service!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!
Them individuals at RB Auction tried to cheat me on VAT return when buying for export but luckily the dodgy scheme was uncovered.
THIS ACTIONS TOWARDS THE BUYERS IS DISGUSTING AND NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Good crew they have over there, purchased several items from their online auction and the staff are extremely helpful.

Often get outbid by the big boys but occasionally get a good few bargains 🚜

We have purchased plant and construction equipment from them & Will be returning to their online auction again real soon
