POLES NOTHING LIKE ON WEBSITE- CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE- 1st order was exactly as photos on website but 2nd large order was 'standard highly polished aluminium' poles but with hand forged brackets attached.
The lead time was 6-8 weeks but it took 15 weeks without any replies to my communication and was delivered without any notice.

I tried to explain the poles were wrong and was told 'have your money back'. The curtains had been made to fit these two poles.
