Just needed to say thank you to ionic and especially Sam Lewis. I recently invested in the roof wand and had an issue with one of the poles. I contacted Reuban to explain the situation and I had a new pole dispatched the next day. The pole arrived on Sunday and unfortunately it was damaged in transit (to N.Ireland). I reached out to Sam first thing Monday explaining the situation. Sam got back to me almost instantly, apologising for an issue out of his control and immediately dispatched another pole, said pole arrived Tuesday. Amazing service from Sam and the whole ionic team.

Fantastic company, best in the industry!! Fantastic products, amazing quality, brilliant after sales service from Patrick , Damian and Sam to name a few. If they dont know it, it isnt worth knowing!! If you're in the cleaning industry you need to be dealing with Ionic. I wouldn't use anyone else..5⭐️

Selling systems with errors, wrong fittings and not notifying the dealer about that issue - resulting in waterdamage in my car. Huge delays and loosing turnover.

Promise to fix and send spareparts with express mail. 10 days ago and still waiting. Just arrogant attitude.

Excellent service, Patrick, Damian and Sam have been brilliant throughout the whole process, from the enquiry, through the install to after install help. Always great communication and they are happy to answer all my questions. My Ionic Zero works great and delivers incredibly pure water and does amazing job. They are branded as the best on the market for a reason.

Been using Ionics Systems for many years now, think the first system from them was 2012. We have used several different companies over the past 22 years but for me the whole sales experience with Patrick from the off to whenever you need assistance is first class in my opinion.

These machines are built to last and our 2012 one lasted 10 years and was still working but was time to move it on. Like any company you buy anything from of course there may be a few hiccups on occasion but if we made a mistake as a window cleaner we would fix it and I have found this to be the same with Ionics.

I would highly recommend Ionics Systems, you know yourself if you buy cheap you buy twice so I do think paying that wee bit more for an Ionics System is worth it, you are getting a lot more for your money both with the actual machine itself and the customer support.

If you can’t justify an Ionics system, look at their sister company Pure 2o, they have fantastic reach n wash systems that can be tailored to your needs and budget. Always worth asking the question and I’m sure Patrick would be happy to run through your options.

Also it is super cost effective to run and all my clients are pleased with how good the ultra pure parts per billion water leaves there windows gleaming at a high spec.

Hello Ionic

Not a user of your product but our window cleaner of 14 years turned up the other day with a Reach and Wash system. He has converted from ladders to this as he is getting older. He loves the job and he said he can carry on for longer now. My windows are clean and no broken tiles on the extension roof or gutter brackets snapped. Win win for me.

I am happy to state I do know Ionic management team and that is why I recognised their system. But my comments are personal and relevant to me.
