We used Reeds Rains to sell a relatives house. The service, from start to finish, was excellent. The advert and photos looked great and we had loads of viewings booked in as soon as it went up for sale. James and his teams did the viewings for us and the house sold quickly for the price we were hoping for. Sue was fantastic at chasing things up and keeping us updated throughout. Overall a great experience.

Really happy with the service we received when purchasing our property. Efficient, knowledgeable and we were always kept in the loop. We were in our house in January after the offer was accepted in October, a really quick turn around.

Having had a sale fall through before this one with The New Homes Group, via Bridgfords we noticed the extreme difference in estate agents customer service and care. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Reeds Rains Macclesfield again.

Wow, these people are amazing… they were always present whenever need. I enjoyed the whole purchase process with Lewis, I was supposed to finish the whole process in less than 2 months for travel reasons and Lewis was very efficient and kept on his feet till the exchange date which all happened just on time.. it is the house of my dreams.

I can highly recommend Reeds Rains Macclesfield. We were lucky enough to deal with Sophie who managed our sale brilliantly enabling us to get the best price through the negotiations! Our purchase was also being managed by Sophie as well so this made the process easier and her friendly and professional manner made a real difference! Completions took much longer than expected but that was out of Reeds Rains hands, Sophie’s communication was excellent throughout keeping us informed of what was going on and what to expect.
