Very disappointing that although the store had wooden curtain poles in various colours in stock and curtain hooks there were no wooden curtain rings at all. What is the point of selling hooks without selling the thing that connects them to the pole?
But for the staff member to say they didn't stock them as it was only a small store was a pretty pathetic excuse, especially as the hooks which displayed them were there all price labelled.. You wouldn't sell brushes without paint. Get your stock in order.

Just been 20% off. The staff very cheerful. Ben helped us in the garden dept and even helped us load up, such a nice lad. Great for us 2 old girls

Georgia that I met at this store is by far the rudest and most miserable Customer Service Assistant I have had the misfortune to meet.

You're really letting the side down Georgia. Smile, be polite and remember we "awful customers" ultimately pay your wages young lady !!!!

Nice plants and Outdoor section, but never seem to have anything the 'Bigger stores' stock, so we always find it better to go to Stockport.

Haven't been to this b&q for a while, seemed a little short staffed, but the staff they did have were polite and friendly and helpful 👍🏻, especially Paul who gave us advice about the drill bits, top man 👍🏻
