Having visited London for an early Valentine's treat, we wanted somewhere to stay outside of the city but also convenient for food and shops the next day before going home and Crawley fit the bill. The price was competitive and the free parking was a bonus for a town centre location. ||We turned up close to midnight but the staff were still chirpy and friendly and the bar on site is apparently open all night, although we were too tired to want to use that. This venue has also had the New Design refurbishment, and looks amazing for it. The blue colour palette is very calming with a slightly luxurious feel, complemented by the wood effect furniture and little handy touches like a variety of USB and plug sockets throughout. ||Our room had a shower room with toilet as well as the reasonably spacious double bedroom with a comfortable medium firm mattress. Everything was clean and I was impressed by how well the towels dried, even if they were more rough than fluffy. ||To be honest, I can't really fault this one. The location and price were good, free parking was very handy, the cleanliness and facilities were great, and the staff were excellent. A very comfortable and pleasing stay indeed.|

Clean room and bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Room had a heater which was easy to operate so it’s easy to maintain a temperature comfortable to you. ||Was quiet and parking was easy due to ample spaces. ||All staff were kind and helpful. Absolutely no complaints at all. Would not hesitate in staying again.

The hotel is a good place to stay, with ground staff being warm and welcoming. The food is good but feels like it was taken off from the freezer and reheated. There was someone else's sock underneath the bed, which shows that the room wasn't cleaned properly.

My favourite hotel in Crawley. Clean, comfortable with friendly professional staff who know what they are doing. Julie, always recognises me & goes above and beyond every time to ensure my stay is great. girl on bar, Opel. Told me what’s included in Happy hour and the cook (didn’t get her name but blond lady), food was hot and tasty. Recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues due to staff, location and proximity to airport. Keep up the good work. These staff make this hotel

Stayed for one night. There is free car park next to hotel. You just need to register your number plate on reception. Room clean and tidy. The only downhill is that you can’t open the window to get fresh air in your room.. apart of that, the hotel is clean, receptionists very helpful, lots of choices for breakfast, including cooked breakfast and close to city centre as well.. I will definitely recommend!

Easy to get to and lots of parking available, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Location was on point with lots of options to go get food and drinks.|Julie and Eden made our stay that little more comfortable with their kind and friendly personalities and they gave us all the info about the hotel we needed to know.|Comfortable nights sleep will definitely be back.

We stayed here only for one night before our flight from Gatwick. The service was outstanding, with very friendly staff and a warm welcome. If you’re looking for some sleep, somewhere near the airport, it’s your best choice. Accent is on “some” sleep, as the walls are quite thin and you can overhear everything going on in the hallway. As this is a place both for party-goers and early-flight-catchers, there might be quite some noise filtering through (even tho there are plenty of signs asking guests to stay silent).
