Our kettle broke and we ordered a new one from Dualit and the reception staff couldn’t have been any more helpful! They made sure we got our order before a long bank holiday weekend ensuring we and our guests could have plenty of cups of tea!

The kettle and toaster are beautiful and function well and they are repairable and made in the UK. Perfect!

I will never buy a Dualit product again.
18 months ago I purchased a Dualit toaster. I bought it because I was expecting a premium product that would last. The day I purchased the toaster I registered it on their product site. It recently failed, the product sparked and stopped working. I contacted Dualit, and sent the toaster back. I was expecting Dualit to replace the product as an act of goodwill, however they contacted me and said they would need a proof of purchase to do this. I explained I had registered the product on their website, however, because I bought it in a store rather than online they told me this would not be a proof of purchase. I no longer have the receipt, as it was 18 months ago since I bought it, and I wasn't expecting it to suddenly stop working. I have offered to give them a bank statement showing the purchase but they won't accept this. The bottom line is they are not replacing the toaster. I'm very annoyed with them. I should have just bought a £30 toaster from another company, and saved £60. An absolutely diabolical customer service department. And an underhand approach to their customers. I told them that I would write this review, and they were totally not bothered.
I will never buy another product from them again.

Sent a toaster in to be repaired. They held it for a month then sent me a letter saying that they can’t fix that model, and then told me I had to pay £7 to get it back without actually telling me how to pay or provide a phone number. Absolutely useless - won’t buy Dualit anything again.

I needed a new timer for my 20 year old toaster. I rang Dualit and spoke to Nikki. She was extraordinarily helpful and went the extra mile to provide the spare part that I wanted. It was a pleasure to deal with Dualit and thank you very much to Nikki for being so thoughtful.
I have now received the timer and I have fitted it. Our toaster works perfectly again. Excellent.

Dualit is down with the idea of letting us repair stuff!

Called up to ask for spares - got them with no fuss or rigmarole or mandatory referral to a repair shop charging outrageous labour rates. This is great for the environment as I won't have to send basically fully functional stuff to landfill.

Much appreciate this approach, and would recommend the company to others on this basis.

Great spares service. Ordered filters for our kettle. Phone up and speak to a real person. Half the price of online spares retailers and prompt delivery charge good. Sure I ordered the correct version as well.

Unfortunately the pods delivered weren't all compostable, then when I asked for them to be exchanged, they gave some long winded way or returning the product which makes u just keep them. They only work every second time in the machine, and most of the time only produce half of what should come through. Very disappointed with both the product and the service from this company.
