Ordered a Hotspot stove polish from Hotspot website, a brand that is owned by Hydrachem. Instead of sending the 75ml tube by post (which most likely would have also meant a much faster delivery time than the week it took), it was delivered by a courier company in a 31x21x14cm card board box filled with styrofoam. Styrofoam takes 500-1000 years (!) to biodegrade. Incredible wasteful idiocy from this company. Will definitely not use them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to do so either.

The poroduct itself seems reasonable quality, time will tell how well the polish will hold. But I would just get it from somewhere else online/in store if alternative product can not be found. Personally I will not buy products from this company again.
