UPDATE: We have had our kitchen table and shelves for over a year now. We are extremely happy with these pieces and often get compliments on them. We have now added a garden table and chairs to our Table Guy collection and we are so happy with our order! Once again, the customer service was fantastic. Definitely recommend this lovely company!

The entire experience was fantastic, they were super helpful and responsive in helping us to find the right product, and the samples helped make sure we picked the right finish too. The order was made quickly, delivery was very smooth, the products were easy for us to put together, and the quality is excellent. After a bit of a tricky delivery date issue, swiftly sorted out, the table arrived and was assembled deftly by Charles. I have received my table after a slight delay and it’s not let me down, it’s well made, fantastic to look at and I’m genuinely pleased. However communication was painful, the over politeness but without much support throughout the process was frustrating. Reading reviews here and Trustpilot lead me to believe that it’s a business that needs to address their Customer service.

One extra point, the delivery driver and fixer up on the day, Charles, was a lovely man.

What a lovely family business! From the initial communication to make an appointment to visit the workshop, to meeting the very knowledgeable and helpful Jezz on our visit, we cannot wait to take delivery of our bespoke dining table and bench. Purchased 2.7m table with metal legs for £1200. They were very helpful in the sales process and made a big effort to get it delivered just before Christmas.
Table looks absolutely great.
But it wobbles. Significantly. From end to end, enough that it someone leaning on it will create enough movement for drinks to spill. It was built exactly to the instructions.
Reported it to them, they tried to fob me off with adjusting the feet, then just didn't respond.
I'd imagine the ones with the solid wooden legs are great, as they will be stable. But the engineering doesn't seem to work on the metal legged ones.
