Absolutely fantastic! I popped in yesterday to pick up a part which I thought I needed and the guys were so helpful and took my k2 out the back ( in pieces) and brought it back in all fixed back together and didn’t charge me anything! You really don’t get service like this anywhere in today’s world. I would absolutely recommend these guys and will definitely go back to buy other things. And they never tried to sell me anything! Really honest and helpful! THANK YOU 👌🏼

I had rang a few Karcher centres with an issue with my FC7 floor cleaner, this was the only centre where I got a good professional advice and response. Took the cleaner there and it was very efficiently serviced and repaired. Thank you David and team for all your help and advice.

Initially I had no issue with this item, however later it developed a fault.

Richard at JMS was very professional in his approach and although my item had just run out of warranty he offered me to return the washer and repairs without charge.

This is exactly how repeat business is achieved and I highly recommend this company.

Took my K4 in because it was leaking, the reception guy was really helpful, left it for them to look at, they said it was going to take 10 days, they looked serviced and repaired it in 6 days, called me to let me know I could collect it, all in all less than £100 pretty good value for money and turnaround time much quicker than expected and the guy I dealt with (Richard) was super helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Very happy with the service, highly recommended.

Really helpful to me today. I went in with a problem with my jet washer. They recognised the issue immediately, fixed it straight away, tested it and didn’t charge me.

I visited Karcher in Betchworth on the 1st August 2024; I have a Karcher K5 that is not mixing the on board shampoo with the water going through the machine. Without asking, a staff member took my machine from the car to the test area. Richard who I had spoken too earlier on the phone immediately dropped whatever he was doing and came out to look at my machine. After a number of tests Richard offered me two options. One would cost the other one would not cost! For now, I took the inexpensive option. Richard then kindly provided me with a free sample bottle to fit on the lance.
Exceptional service and generosity in this day and age.
I understand this is a family business. The difference between family and corporate is so refreshing when it happens and that is not often enough these days. I will return and I highly recommend this Karcher Centre. Thanks again Richard.

Visited today with a problem on my machine, and the staff member couldn't be more helpful. It was sorted out and I'm chuffed. I didn't get charged. Would recommend to anyone, and now I know where they are, I'll be back. Fantastic service and advice, well done JMS!
