I used MF Telecoms to upgrade our business' phone system; we had an old building where infrastructure was potentially problematic, but we were carefully guided through our options and found a package that worked for us. From sales team, to the engineers, to the post-install support, all staff were friendly, professional and, importantly, fast and efficient in replying to queries. I would recommend for anyone looking to change their phone system.

When our old, out of date, non-VOIP phone system broke down MF telecoms were the only company that would repair it. Everyone else just tried to sell us a new system. Then when that system died MF Telecoms were the only company that gave us sensible, level headed advice on what our options were for a new VOIP system. Since then we’ve had 5 years of impeccable, faultless service. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

As a customer who predominantly works from home, it is always a curse when the broadband goes down. But Liam and Ayisha were amazing. They not only kept me updated on my repair, they made sure they kept communicating with me until it was fixed and was working correctly.
