Contacted this surgery on behalf of my sister who is seriously ill .(since May this year )!
They make it difficult at every angle to either get an urgent app or cancel much needed appointments and refuse to comply with London specialist requests or consultants who know best and should be working with the GP to support my sister who has lost 4 stone in less that three months !
On one occasion requested by a consultant all medications needed to be in liquid form .
This turned. Into a huge battle despite my sister repeatedly asking them to put this in liquid form as had undergone a big operation whereby she had to liquidise everything for six weeks unable to eat any food or medication for this period of time they refused likely due to it going into the surgery’s budget !!!! As there is no other reason why they consistently refused .
receptionists are incredibly rude even though
When I called I was polite ,she refused to listen I will and can assure you that if this continues and my sister is not supported by her surgery and GP I will be taking this further .
This service is an absolute disgrace inhumane to leave people vomiting and diareeah days without food this is a serious medical condition that needs urgent investigation
Please read and use this information treating your patients with the dignity and support they deserve please
This could be one of your relatives I’m quite sure you would feel the same
Action speaks longer than words no response needed

Really poor service from the surgery. Whether it’s flu, vaccination requests or even repeat medication. I believe this is entirely the fault of the receptionist and person in charge of them. A good example of someone taking pride in their work is if they take care of their appearance. The receptionists look like they got out of bed and rushed to work without looking in the mirror. That mixed with rude and dismissive responses sums them up. Someone do uncover surveillance on this place and tell me I’m wrong.

I went to ESH at 1.30 to be told, coz of the wait I'd be better off in the morning going to docs, I submitted a form that morning, got a phone call at 10.30 to say they could offer me an appointment on weds this was Monday morning, I have/had an ear infection and for anyone that's had one knows they are extremely painful,no way could I wait till weds, so they told me to how to walkin clinic. Which I then sat there for just over 4hrs in agony. I've been informed that when you fill out a urgent appointment form for docs, they don't have to even contact you for 48hrs, so basically if you feel you need to see someone on that day, you need to go straight to walkin, complete shortage of docs, so how come there's docs at walkin clinic, who work 12 hrs a day. Also I cannot for the life of me, get my head around the fact is repeat prescription format has changed, & the patient has to name, dose, length of time & when last issed. It's so difficult when I have so many, b4 I just opened up the app & clicked what I needed, now patients are going to run out, of meds, order more times than necessary, coz have to go through every box, I ordered a med, picked it up wrong item, coz I had chucked the box away, I couldn't remember the name apart from it began with a TO &they gave me one that started with BE ummm, so had to reorder, went to chemist there out of stock, which meant in total I missed 6 days. Y change something that works so well.
Basically your local docs is no more. Too many people not enough docs umm, wonder why

Very poor service, uncontactable in any meaningful sense. The clinical staff are excellent, but it's impossible to get past the difficult and argumentative staff at the front desk.

It used to be so much better.

Alot of the doctors are good but some are just taking the mick. After a visit where i was told that nothing was wrong and that everything was ok i get on to the NHS app to see what was written in the report only to find that apparently he put down that he gave me advices that were never discussed on our meeting.

Given the wrong medication twice, one I’m actually allergic too. I’ve walked in, called multiple times and explained that I need some meds before my holiday, and they are too lazy to even look at my records. Have had an ear infection for a month. Absolutely useless and I’m beyond disappointed in this surgery.

Very nice staff, and pleasant interactions with doctors all in all. I just do not understand prescribing steroids or antibiotics every time I have been, instead of tackling the root cause of the problem. I find that it just wastes time and leads to more appointments down the line.

I have faced some administrative difficulties with this practice in terms of getting a referral (which was confirmed to me over the phone, only later to be noted on my profile that I'd had a conversation about it but it was not actually requested) as well as booking online which I find is an extremely inconvenient window, especially for those who work. I find that the appointments have been so fast (5 to 10 minutes) which also makes you question the quality of the NHS in general these days.
