COMPUTOR SAYS NO!
Horrendous. The rep pesters me constantly for orders. I then finally place two, and because of their computer system, they couldn't take card payment. So we then had to do a BACs payment. I had to chase the sales team to get it released, as their accounts department do not notify the sales team. This then lead to the first order not being dispatched in time. I then said I'd send a courier to collect, and they said that wasn't possible, so now the job will be delayed.
The second order was for a tool repair. They kept saying they would send the tool back un-repaired due to payment not being made, and would charge me £42 for the carriage and looking at it. I had to send them a copy of the BACS payment in the end. They then told me that our account was blocked, and I needed to call their accounts. I asked why couldn't their sales person couldn't just walk over to the accounts department and sort it out. I was told I had to call the accounts department. So I called the accounts department, to be met by an automated message, that said due to high demand they could not take my call, and hung up. Even the rep that was always pestering me, wouldn't answer the phone.
I will not use Hilti in the future. I will actively seek to use their competitors.

We have over 40k worth of gear from hilti, there now discontinued the 22 volt range in favour of there new nuron range, but rather then sell off the existing now old range they have actually put the price up, incredible as it seem hilti seem to have to regard for there loyal customer base, we can no longer support this brand, there are many other options out there and from an R&D point hilti is in the dark ages, there Allen key adjustment the base plate of there jigsaw being just one of them, every major brand has quick release but hilti look at a tool from aldi and said " yes that's for us "

Yes £50! Carriers are so competitive these days I was quoted £16 for the same service.
