I’d like to mention two people who are the reason behind my 5 star reviews.
Firstly, Dr Shelley is such an amazing Doctor. In 33 years I’ve never had a Doctor so caring and compassionate and who you can tell genuinely cares about their patient. She is the best Doctor to ever be a part of Fenland group practice- please don’t leave.
Second, Carly Williams. She is a fantastic senior nurse practitioner who always goes above and beyond to help me. She is a credit to the practice and such a kind and thoughtful nurse. Thank you so much Carly for all you do x

I popped in for a blood test, in and out in under 10 mins, appointment on time in the middle of the day, friendly (pain free) service

Got told that a doctor would call me today between 9am and 11am the phone rang once didn't get chance answer the phone then get a text saying i missed an appointment let it ring for more 1 second not very professional service I can see why the nhs is going down the pan with a service as rubbish is this

Excellent surgery from the very kind receptionists to the pharmacy staff always a warm welcome. Also to the top class doctors very caring especially Dr C Burggraf, and of course the all the nurses.

Staff are efficient and friendly, and have often gone out of their way to help resolve any issues we have been faced with when ordering a repeat prescription or getting a GP appointment.

Two people I know were wrongfully treated by this disgrace of a surgery. Clueless doctors and the rude reception staff are a few clowns short of a circus. Utter disgrace.
