John (technical support enginner) was absolutely amazing.
We bought second hand machine and me being technical side managed to change the mains supply to tank but couldn't get it to work.
John was very patient , has explained me the procesure and made sure connection were correct and also helped programmed the machine. Thank you coffeetek and John once again to help me with this machine.

I will use this company to purchase new machine when this one packs up just because of customer service i have received even thlugh it wasnt their responsibility.

It is lovely to see that good companies still out there which doesn't just care about money but customers first.

Awful customer services, horrible
I have coffetek Coffee Machine and this is exactly what they supply when they want to sell it they will be begging you but when they want to service it they saying no we can’t service the machine. You have to throw it away and buy a new one. The brand-new machine just worked for six months, 🤮service

We contacted the supplier today and no response from the sales team. We have a coffee machine now stuck in customs for 4 weeks. We can only state this is unfortunately a customer focused business. We have requested the sales director Ian Johnstone to contact us but has decided to not call long standing customers.

I would state not a business to do business with unless they can manage customs and support there customers. Seems like they only want to take there money only. Not a company where service matters.

You cannot compare these to traditional vending machines. They fit in a lot more products, the design can be used in any space and the coffee machines are particularly small considering the options they offer. To give it 10/10 wouldn’t be enough.
