I chose Instant Promotion for the fitted table cloth, table and roll up banner I needed for attending Makers Markets and Craft Fairs in 2024.

The team were super responsive and communicative. Gemma kept me updated at all stages, and was super helpful and fair, when we realised the table cloth had been printed in one of the other sent samples, rather than my chosen colour. They still managed to turn things around and resupply it within a week for the first Fair I was due to attend.

There was later a bit of an issue with the roll up banner, with the top wrinkling. I have maintained the 5 star rating though, because they accepted there was an issue immediately and we negotiated that they would resupply the outdoor roll-up version of the banner, with me paying just the additional amount it would have cost, had I chosen this version in the first place (in retrospect, I would 100% recommend going for the outdoor version if you’d like it to last and look smarter. The double-sided version I eventually plumped for, is solid, substantial and I believe it will stand the test of time. Pics in the garden are of this one. The issue with indoor banners if by no means unique. I’m yet to find one that doesn’t quickly start to look dog eared!).

In terms of proofing, this was was smooth and swift; delivery conscientious and efficient with good tracking (I live on a boat so not the easiest to find!).

Recommend and would use again.

Just wanted to send a huge thank you, the Gazebo was brilliant.
Its has a strong frame, very robust. the printing looked superb and the tie down kit was easy to use.

The weather was a little boisterous at times but it was easy to set up, easy to take down and great to use. The weights worked a treat, but I did tie it to two cars to as we are on top of a hill and with 400 plus visitors onsite last night, I didn’t want to squash any of them.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing products from this company since 2018 from being a personal customer and buying on behalf of a vintage and classic vehicle club. Instant promotion supply gazebos and display materials that are of excellent quality, expertly designed, quickly delivered, and offer full after sales support. The gazebos are not to be mistaken with those that you would buy in your local high street shop, that fall apart with a light breeze on a summers day. These well constructed, tough and resilient gazebos are the best I've ever purchased and invested in. Mines been stood in my garden for 18 months and is still going strong as expected. Chris and his colleagues are very professional, courteous, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable but most of all very very patient especially when you're designing the display materials. Here's to many years of being associated with company that have staff who go the extra mile to help you achieve the required end result!

Received my gazebo back in 2019 and have never had the opportunity to use it properly and take decent pictures - I have finally.managed to do so.
Thank you to all the team that went above and beyond and endless positive communication throughout. Was liaising with sales manager Richard directly and he was a pleasure to do business with right from the beginning up until me receiving my delivery.
