Was looking for new facia soffit and guttering for my own project, lacking knowledge on the products they spent at least a hour helping me / making suggestions on what to buy, gave me a good price and helped wrap it all up and get it on the roof rack.

Helpful in-store sales rep but overall a completely wasted journey because despite showing products as 'in stock' on their website, they were not stocked and needed to be ordered. I was told that "that's normal, I don't know why they do it but loads of things show as in stock when they aren't."

Crooks!

I bought gutters, soffit board and associated fitting from this "company" You may think, why the quotes? Simple. They are not a company, they are a bunch of crooks.

I placed my order on the 26th June. I opened it on the weekend of the 6th/7th July. As per the picture really, I'd been sent a bag of snakes vs what I had bought and paid for.

Anyway, I contact them expecting a replacement/refund, perhaps even an apology.

I effectively got told (on email) stiff droppings mate. Company policy is seven days, so we are already on holiday with your money.

I'm now looking into where I stand with both PayPal and small claims as this is clearly ridiculous and so a moan on facebook, google and twitter will have to do for now.

Terrible service, the website picture didn't represent what I was sent. A price of £120 to £140 was quoted to pick up and swap my £30 order CRAZY! I very rarely review, but wanted to make people aware, best get them to send you samples before you part with your money. I've since dealt with TrulyPVC for Quadrant Trim and had a great service.

Placed an order online for something that was meant to be in stock and on 2 days delivery. After a week of waiting I rang them and they said the particular item is on 12 weeks lead time... Managed to change the order to something similar that was suitable and had it delivered week after, but if I didn't ring I would be clueless
