I cannot recommend Cases UK highly enough. At the end of November, I ordered a Pelican 1690 case with TSA locks which was delivered promptly as promised. Unfortunately, UPS managed to "lose" the case after I had packed it for priority shipment to my client. Despite Cases UK being closed over the Christmas period, Matthew went above and beyond to arrange expedited delivery of a replacement order, ensuring I could ship it to my client early in January. The level of customer service was exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful for the effort and care shown. Cases UK truly sets the standard for outstanding customer support.

Ordered the wheels for my Storm case as one of the original wheels split.
Ordering was easy enough however the postage option wasn't great. Advertising "Free" postage if ordering before 2pm!! I ordered at 10am however it wasn't available at checkout and cost £10...

This is a tough one as cases U.K. have done nothing wrong but the experience wasn’t quite 5 stars as I didn’t get to use the case as intended due to FedEx delivering the case to the wrong address in the wrong village, there then being a wild goose chase to find the case on my behalf, sadly not in time for me utilising it. FedEx then strung together a tall story about delivery to cases U.K. about where the case was delivered to. If my husband hadn’t ordered from cases U.K. in the past with no issue I could feel differently but cases U.K. did all they could to sort out and find where the case was. Sadly as I say not in time to use the case for why I had purchased it, it was FedEx that dragged their feet, probably after realising their bad mistake and had to retrace their steps, which made this the case.
