Lovely family run business. Louisa was so lovely to speak to on the phone. I had Simon and Albie come out to change my back door and put in a new one today and the service was fantastic. They were friendly, cleaned up the mess that was made from ripping the old one out, the whole job was done in less than 2 hours and I am a very happy customer. Thank you again guys ☺️

Southmead Glass has always come up trumps for me. Cutting diamond shapes for leaded lights, arched shapes for arched windows and ordinary rectangular panes. All done with excellent service for a great price. Louise and Simon are friendly and helpful, just ask them for what you need and you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent experience. A chap called Simon came out to measure and replace glass in my greenhouse. Turned up on time, very friendly and professional, got the problem sorted very quickly, and at a good price too. No hesitation in recommending.

Don't mind the Google opening times, went there on Monday 15:00, not a living soul inside, nobody answering the phone, got a callback hours later asking why did I call. Its open only twice a week for a customers but im not even sure about that, that's what the piece of paper said on the door.

Owner of the store called my private number demanding removing this review and stop ruining her business, after blocking the number she started calling from private number, I will call the police and report harassment if those phone calls will keep occuring. This is an honest review of my experience in your shop, not an attempt to ruin anybodies business. This is why reviews exists.

Brilliant job done replacing a few panels in my new build that had degraded and been subject to condensation over the last ten years. Louisa was wonderful to deal with in the planning stages, and Simon did a bang-up installation job in no time at all. Excellent local firm - would highly recommend.

I contacted southmead glass in 3 different occasions. Southmead finest yobs smashed my front door during the night. I urgently needed a replacement. I contacted the company in the morning but they were busy. They promised to come the following day. I waited and waited. I called and i was told they were on their way. Nothing. I emailed the next. The receptionist was surprised i was incandescent with rage. A while later i needed a glass for a broken mirror. The job was done there and then. It changed my views. So i contacted them again for my 3 windows. Southmead glass turned up on the day took the pictures. I was told i will have a quote in the evening. Nothing i called the following day i was told the team was busy and couldn't be disturb but i will have a call in the following day. 3 weeks still waiting. Not a call to stay they were busy or not interested. Unprofessional and rude

We had some broken panes and a broken cord on our sash windows. Louisa provided a very competitive quote and Simon and Connor came to fit the panes and replace the cord. They were all very friendly and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to a friend.
