Louise Pemble, the Sales Executive who assisted me with the purchase, had been very accommodating and was very responsive esp on the customization changes that I requested. My expectations were also set in terms of the delivery, which was a reasonable 5 business day lead time. We're happy with the outcome!

We ended up going through multiple versions of design drafts as we couldn't make up our mind but Ellie was so patient with us the whole time.
