I first came across Harper Charles Company through their amazing instagram page 🤩. I instantly fell in love with their classic modern designs of beds and sofas. Me and my family were due to move into our forever home and wanted an order of 6 beds. The team were an absolute pleasure to work with, we guided through the whole process on a WhatsApp group chat which made everything so much easier. The beds were delivered and install all in one day which was amazing, and turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Harper Charles Company really do deliver quality at the highest standard and the team are so professional and helpful. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

From the start of the project, Harper Charles were fantastic, from the design to the installation of my media wall. There was no mess and the boys were fantastic. I loved the end result so much I have asked them to do another room. I would recommend Harper Charles to anyone.

If I could give more stars I would !!! Words will never be able to explain just how impressed we were with Harper Charles, and we really couldn't recommend them enough. We first come across them on Instagram, where we fell in love with all their work. I had been looking for months and months for a new bed but nothing came close to what I had seen on their website. I was in contact with Tracey, who from start to finish was absolutely amazing - we still stay in contact even now! She very kindly invited us into the workshop to meet the team and to look at different fabrics for our bed. As we were moving into a new build we encountered a lot of delays which meant we had to let Harper Charles down a number of times for the install. Every time our move-in date was moved they were so understanding and helpful - even though their schedule was fully booked for the next 6 months, they still done all they could to help us reschedule. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The very talented Chay and Jules eventually were able to do our install, and to say we were blown away by the finished article is an understatement. It really did surpass all our expectations and more. We really couldn’t fault our whole experience with them, and already can’t wait to use them in our next home. We both agreed that it was the best customer service we had ever experienced. Thank you Harper Charles for making my bedroom dreams become reality!

Couldn't recommend this company anymore. Absolute 10/10 in every department. We were looking for 2 bespoke sofas from a design that we had seen in America. Speaking to the design team was an absolute joy and they totally understood our exact requirements. We were informed at every step of the way of the build and were sent multiple samples to try. We were added to a whatsapp group that made all the decision process smooth and fast. The sofas arrived today and we cannot beleive how well they have turned out, perfect in everyway and the quality couldn't be any higher. The delivery team were proffesional, and helpful. This is a company ran the right way and we will be using again and again. Give them a try as you will not be disappointed.
