I dont think i've ever seen a more toxic workplace then here,you are not allowed to talk to the person next to you ( thats valid only for new people ) as the ones that have been there for longer gossip all day long.When you make a misstake as a new starter the managers dont try to teach you or point where you did wrong,they go straight to hire ups.People all litterly affraid to say anything so they dont get sacked,this place has to be the worse workinh enviroment i have been at.Someone needs to sort some of their managers out as few out them dont seem to like foreigners at all.

I have worked here for 23 years. I stated as a crimper and worked my way up. Fantastic place the negative reviews are people that didn't work out and left. Very accommodating with hours. It's a job for life and a very secure place to work for. Mansfield's best kept secret.
