Excellent communication with me from start to finish. Very fast responses to emails. I wanted an oversized panel and they were able to accommodate this with little additional cost. Delivery arrived on time as expected. I was given the driver’s phone number, and the driver phoned me beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. Customer service done right.

Poor product quality & service. Even poorer attitude towards a customer.

I ordered a table top glass 8mm toughened glass. it was 1065mm to 865mm. instead, they sent me a wrong size item (1065mm to 650mm). It took them a week to send it. I waited for them to send me a wrong size item for 1 week.

I contacted them, sent them the picture showing the wrong size. and I asked them to amend the order with Low Iron toughened glass instead and offered to pay the difference. They first agreed to do it. (6mm instead of 8mm), and then after 4 days, when I asked them to update me about delivery, they told me it is not possible, and they can only replace the existing order.
Overall, if your expectation is to wait until they get it right. then go for it. If not, stay away.

It’s was the most competitive price, and was really very simple to order off the website.

Delivered on time, with good communication a week before delivery, along with on the day update on time of arrival.

Delivery staff were very polite.

I would definitely use BuyGlass again and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

BuyGlass ..... but not from here.

Didn't order on time and demanded I had someone on site to take delivery. Then didn't turn up.

Told me last minute and took no responsibility at all. Demanded that I would have to pay £250 for redelivery if I was not at the premises and then they failed to deliver.

Ridiculous customer support not and good company and should be avoided.

I had a small, single item order which other online custom glass companies didn't even reply to. The small order meant it took a little more time, but the shape and number of holes wasn't straightforward and all came exactly as requested. I'll definitely use BuyGlass.co again.
